BZ WBK Asset Management SA (BZ WBK-AM) is an independent Polish asset management firm which was established in 1997 as a joint venture between BZ WBK Bank and AIB Capital Markets PLC. Formerly known as BZ WBK AIB Asset Management SA, the firm is based in Poznan and advises BZ WBK Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych, one of the largest investment fund firms in Poland. BZ WBK-AM's operations focus on advising the Arka family of funds and the Lukas fund for high-net worth individuals and institutions. The firms work jointly on various strategic initiatives.

Santander Biuro Maklerskie SA (Santander Brokerage Poland) is a brokerage firm headquartered in Poznan, Poland. The firm was founded in 1992 and is a subsidiary of Santander Bank Polska SA (WSE: SPL), which is owned by Banco Santander SA (BME: SAN) in Spain. Santander Brokerage Poland provides brokerage services to individual clients, small and medium-sized enterprises and large corporations.
