MODIFICATION DU CONTRAT DE LIQUIDITE CONTRACTE AVEC LA SOCIETE DE BOURSE GILBERT DUPONT
Au titre du contrat de liquidité confié par la société ORAPI à la Société de Bourse Gilbert Dupont, il a été procédé à un apport complémentaire de 50 000€ en date du 07 mai 2012.
Il est rappelé que lors du bilan annuel du 31 décembre 2011, les moyens suivants figuraient au compte de liquidité :
