Norstar Holdings Inc, anciennement Gazit Inc, est une société internationale d'investissement immobilier basée en Israël. La société est le principal actionnaire de Gazit Globe, une société multinationale d'investissement immobilier engagée dans l'acquisition, le développement et la gestion de centres commerciaux à l'enseigne de supermarchés. Le groupe opère dans plus de 20 pays et possède et gère environ 650 biens immobiliers d'une superficie locative brute d'environ 6,3 millions de mètres carrés. Gazit Incorporated possède et exploite plusieurs filiales. Les activités du groupe aux États-Unis sont menées par Equity One Inc, Royal Senior Care LLC et ProMed Properties Inc, et au Canada par First Capital Realty Inc et Gazit America Inc. Ses activités en Europe sont menées par Citycon Oyj. et Atrium European Real Estate, entre autres. Les activités du groupe en Israël sont menées à travers ses filiales, Gazit-Globe Israel (Development) Ltd. et Acad Building & Investments Ltd.
