He was previously the Chief Executive Officer of Mosaica Education, Inc., Director of Childrens Discovery Centers of America, Inc., Principal of Brown Advisory, Inc., Executive Vice President of Foster Management Co., and President Emeritus of Dance Theater Workshop, Inc. He received his undergraduate degree from Michigan State University in 1971 and his graduate degree from Columbia Law School.
