Silberstein is Senior Vice President of Human Resources for Woodruff-Sawyer & Co., a Director of the Northern California Human Resources Association and a Member of the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM).
Prior to joining Woodruff-Sawyer in 2001, she was Managing Director of People Operations for Scient and Principal at Arthur Andersen.
Ms. Silberstein has more than 20 years of experience in Human Resources.

Ms. Rina Silberstein is a Director of Global Equity Products at BMO Capital Markets.
In this role, she is a trader of preferred shares and convertible bonds.
Her group is accountable for developing and maintaining relationships with institutional investors including hedge funds, mutual funds, insurance companies, ETF providers, and pension funds who deal in these products.
Ms. Silberstein has been with BMO for over 10 years, starting with the trading products rotation program.
While at BMO, she has worked in equity research as well as various roles within the listed derivatives group.
She completed an MBA at the Rotman School of Management.
She also hold a BSc.
in Science and Business from the University of Waterloo.
