William T.
Hold is the founder of The National Alliance for Insurance Education & Research.
He previously worked as a Director at Insurance Data Systems, Inc. and ProspX, Inc. He also held the position of Vice President at the National Association of Independent Insurers.
Before that, he was an Associate Professor at The University of Texas at Austin.
In addition, he worked as a Consultant for the Federal Trade Commission, American Trial Lawyers Association, Texas Trial Lawyers Association, The Texas Department of Insurance, and the State Department of Highways.
Dr. Hold completed his undergraduate degree at Florida State University.
He obtained his doctorate degree from the University of Wisconsin in 1967 and his graduate degree from the University of Wisconsin in 1964.
