He has extensive experience in the consumer sector and 25 years of experience in financial services in investment and commercial banking.
Prior to joining PSMA, Mr. Allen was a Managing Director at Morgan Keegan & Co., Inc. where he served as head of the Consumer Investment Banking Group from 1995 to 2001.
As such, he worked exclusively with specialty retail, distribution, consumer product and restaurant companies.
Prior positions include Senior Vice President and Director of Corporate Banking at First Gibraltar Bank and Senior Vice President and Manager of the Commercial Division at NorthPark National Bank.
Mr. Allen began his career at Republic National Bank.
Mr. Allen is a graduate of the University of Texas with a degree in Finance.
