Prior to founding Aloe Group Limited, Vivek Tandon held senior management positions in Viventures Partners, a global Venture Capital Partnership with over US$500M under management, as U.K.
Managing Director and Principal; Kymata; a Scottish Based company manufacturing planar based integrated optical components, as VP Marketing & Business Development, CIENA, an international Optical Communication Systems manufacturing company, as Director Product Management and Marketing and BT (British Telecom) PLC, as a Network Research Engineer and Business Development Manager.
Vivek holds a BSc in Physics from Imperial College and undertook his PhD in designing and developing DWDM All Optical Fibre Networks at the University College of London.
He has several patents, over two dozen published articles, and has delivered over 50 conference presentations.
