Previous to Quantum, he was a portfolio manager at Palm Harbor Capital Management.
His past investment experience includes several years as an institutional equity salesman with Legg Mason, NatWest Markets, Morgan Stanley, and Robertson, Stephens & Co. He has been in the financial services business since 1985.
Mr. Micka graduated from the University of Pennsylvania Wharton School and earned an M.B.A.
at Emory University.
