Mr. Gudovic joined Oaktree in 2014 from Highstar Capital with over 15 years of experience analyzing investments in the energy, infrastructure, power generation, transportation and utilities sectors.
Prior to joining Highstar in 2006, Mr. Gudovic was an investment banking analyst in the Global Utilities Group of UBS where he worked on debt and equity offerings, as well as mergers and acquisitions.
Mr. Gudovic previously served on the boards of Black Bear Midstream, Caiman Energy II, and NorthStar Midstream and as a board observer of Vac-One Services.

degree in history from Northwestern University.
