At Duff & Phelps, he focused on providing transactional services support including fairness opinions, strategic financial advice and financial reporting and tax analyses.
His clients included companies in virtually all aspects of the Energy industry (upstream, midstream, and oilfield services) as well as companies engaged in the engineering, procurement, and construction and maintenance services industries.
Before Duff & Phelps, he was employed by Exxon Mobil for seven years as a process engineer and controller in the petrochemical and refining businesses.
Mr. Flinn received a Bachelor of Chemical Engineering degree from Auburn University in 1999 and an MBA from Louisiana State University in 2004.
