Mr. Egan is an Assistant Vice President of OFS Capital Management, LLC and is responsible for underwriting and portfolio management for the Consumer Sector within the Broadly Syndicated Loan Group.
Prior to joining OFS Capital Management in 2020, Mr. Egan held the position of a Vice President at Crestline Denali Capital, and started his career as an Audit Senior Assistant with Deloitte & Touche.
Mr. Egan holds a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Investments and Finance from the University of Notre Dame and a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting and Business Administration, Finance from Carroll College.
