As Director of Portfolio Operations, Rod works closely with CBGF’s Leadership and Investment teams to support CBGF’s portfolio companies with implementation of value-creation plans, monitoring financial and operational performance and helping with growth initiatives.
Rod brings over 30 years experience as an entrepreneur and leader, with extensive experience in technology, systems implementation, and workflow optimization.
Prior to CBGF, Rod was the founder of a Security Systems & Automation company that was sold in 2014.
He later became the Chief Operating Officer of Avante Logixx Inc. Rod studied Electrical Engineering in South Africa.
