Mr. Kaynor began his career with RCM Capital (1994-2000) working exclusively on a US small cap long-only product.
He has extensive experience in long only and long/short strategies.
A substantial portion of his career has been spent managing small and mid cap equity portfolios.
Mr. Kaynor is a graduate of Southern Methodist University and a CFA charter holder.
