He currently serves on the board of directors of ADT, Apollo Commercial Real Estate, Gamenet and LifePoint Health.
Prior to Apollo, Rick was associated with the law firm of Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz, specializing in mergers, acquisitions, restructurings and related financing transactions.
Previously, he was a consultant with The Boston Consulting Group.
Rick graduated magna cum laude from Harvard College with an AB in Economics and holds a JD from Yale Law School.
