Richard Goldberg joined SemEquip, Inc. in November, 2006 and currently serves as Vice President of Research and Development.
Previously, he was Head of the Beamline Technology Group for the Implant Division at Applied Materials and TCS Research Associate at The Joule Laboratory for the University of Salford.
Dr. Goldberg held various teaching and research positions at The University of Western Ontario from 1993 to 1998.
He received a BSc degree with honors and a PhD from the University of Melbourne.
