Dr. Bao joined PIA in 2006.
Prior to joining PIA, he worked for TV Guide as a Web, C#,VB & SQL Programmer for eight years, where he developed web and windows applications, a data warehouse, as well as client/server applications and database design.
Prior to TV Guide, he worked as a VB and SQL Programmer with Tri-Stone Consultant Inc. and Project Engineer with Robert McKinney, Jr, Associates.
He began his career on the academic side, working as a Research Assistant at Imperial College, London University and a Researcher at Tianjin University in China.
Dr. Bao obtained his Ph.D.
from the Imperial College, London University and his MS and BS from Tianjin university of China.
