During his tenure at Hotspot, the company grew from $3 million in revenue to over $30 million, culminating in a sale to a major Wall Street Trading Group in 2006.
Between 2000 and 2003, he was the Chief Operating Officer for the East Coast and the Director of Business Development at Archipelago, implementing over 10 strategic deals with 3rd parties and opening the firm's London, Boston, and San Francisco offices.
These initiatives enabled the company to create the nation's first totally electronic stock exchange, leading to its acquisition by The New York Stock Exchange.
From 1998 to 2000, he was the Chief Operating Officer for Global Equities Trading at Lehman Brothers, where he was instrumental in the reorganization and streamlining of Lehman's Equities Trading operations and coordination with Equity Research.
He also formed and managed the firm's first Equities E-Commerce group.
From 1992 to 1998, he was the Chief Operating Officer for the North American Equities Division of Deutsche Bank Securities, playing a key management role in growing the business to over $300 million in revenue while tripling the number of employees.
