Noah Billick is the General Counsel & CCO of Tactex Asset Management.
He is also the General Counsel of Moka Financial Technologies, Tactex’s parent company.
A member of the Barreau du Quebec and Law Society of Ontario, Mr. Billick has spent his entire career in the investment management industry, with leadership experience at firms ranging from boutique, High Net Worth portfolio managers to full-service integrated securities dealers.
Mr. Billick also has experience advising private and public investment funds.
He was the General Counsel and CCO of 3Macs, Canada’s oldest securities dealer, during a period of intensive change and growth leading to a successful sale to Raymond James.
Mr. Billick is a licensed Portfolio Manager and holds a BA from Bard College, as well as a BCL, LL.B and an MBA from McGill University.
