Riddick is a Chief Investment Officer, Executive Managing Director & Senior Portfolio Manager at Ceredex Value Advisors LLC.

Mr. Riddick joined Ceredex in 1989 through its predecessor firm, Trusco Capital Management.
He started in a lead client service role with portfolio management responsibilities, including for the Large Cap Value strategy.
In 1995, he was named sole portfolio manager of the strategy and head of the Value Equity Team.
He has been instrumental in crafting the firm’s investment philosophy, assembling the value equity investment team, and leading the transition to Ceredex becoming an independently managed firm in 2008.
Mr. Riddick began his financial career in 1980, joining Peat Marwick as a certified public accountant.
He began his investment career as a financial consultant with Bache in 1982.
He has worked in investment management since 1982.
He graduated cum laude from Florida State University with a B.S.
in accounting, and achieved the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation in 1981.
He is a Chartered Financial Analyst charter holder since 1992.
