Prior to joining BP, he spent 10 years with the Bechtel Corporation, where he served in a variety of cost, planning and construction roles in the Petrochemical Division in the U.S.
and Canada.
Mr. Heffner received a BS from the Georgia Institute of Technology and a Master's degree from Rice University.
