He previously spent some years as a National Sales Manager for ING Investment Management.
He began his career at Flagship Financial in 1987 and held the positions of Regional Director of sales, marketing and client services.
In 1996, Flagship Financial was purchased by Nuveen Investments and Mr. Harrell became the National Sales Manager.
Mr. Harrell graduated with a Bachelors of Science Degree in Business Administration from the University of Dayton in 1986.
He is a Certified Investment Management Analyst and a member of the Investment Management Consultants Association.
