Baird & Co. where she was a lead banker in the information technology and telecommunications industries.
Prior to Baird, Ms. Flashner worked as a technology banker at The Chicago Corporation (now ABN AMRO).
Her finance and investment experience includes a broad range of merger and acquisition and public equity transactions for mid-sized companies.
Prior to investment banking, Ms. Flashner practiced corporate law in California and was a tax accountant at Arthur Andersen & Co. She currently serves as a director of Everdream Corporation.
Ms. Flashner graduated with a B.S.
in accounting from the University of Illinois and earned her J.D.
from Georgetown University.
