Prior to Element, Ms. Pike was a Partner at Advent International Corporation.
Lindsay joined Advent in 1990 to develop and manage focused venture capital investment funds for multinational corporations.
She raised Advents first energy focused fund, EnviroTech, in 1995, and raised Advents second focused energy technology fund, Advent Energy II, which had a final close in 2002.
She managed the Advent Energy II fund and served on the funds investment committee and investment team.
Prior to joining Advent, Ms. Pike worked for Venture Economics, a leading provider of research, consulting, and information services for the venture capital industry.
Ms. Pike has served on boards including Active Power, Inc., Cellit, Inc., Dymec Inc., and ISOPur Fluid Technologies, Inc. She received a BA in Economics, Phi Beta Kappa, from Middlebury College.
