Based on this interest, in July of 1987, he began his career as a financial consultant in the Inland Empire.
Some nine years later he joined the independent Broker-Dealer LPL Financial, and simultaneously started the financial services firm KWB & Associates, Inc. now known as KWB Wealth.
In 1983 he obtained a ROTC scholarship, and four years later completed a BS in Management Engineering at Grove City College.
In June of 1987 he completed his MBA and left the USAF with the rank of Captain.
