Volpert, CFA MBA, is a Principal & Global Head of Fixed Income Indexing & Head of Investments, Europe at Vanguard Asset Management Ltd.
He is also the Global Head of Fixed Income Indexing, responsible for all bond indexing operations worldwide.
Mr. Volpert joined Vanguard Group in 1992 and has over 32 years (22 with Vanguard) of fixed income management experience.
He has written two widely published chapters on fixed income management and has testified about bond price transparency before a congressional subcommittee.
He earned a BS in finance from the University of Illinois-Urbana and an MBA from the University of Chicago.
