Mr. Radecki brings investment banking and financial advisory experience to Headwaters MB.
Over that time he has developed and executed over 70 client solutions including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, unsolicited tender offers, strategic investments, public offerings, private placements, re-capitalizations and strategic advisory assignments.
Most recently, Mr. Radecki served as Group Head of the Communication Technologies and Semiconductor Groups with RBC Capital Markets, previously Dain Rauscher Wessels.
In this role, he lead the firm’s investment banking activities in the Wireless Technologies, Enterprise Networking, Storage, Semiconductor Device and Semi Cap Equipment sectors.
Mr. Radecki earned an MSc in the History of International Relations at the London School of Economics and Political Science.
He also holds undergraduate and MBA degrees from the University of St. Thomas in Saint Paul, Minnesota.
