Mr. Ghassemi is Chief Communications Officer for Cerberus and a Senior Operating Executive for Cerberus Operations, the Firm’s operations platform.
He oversees global communications and branding for Cerberus and its affiliates and in 2018, he led the Firm’s rebranding.
Mr. Ghassemi also assists Cerberus’ portfolio companies with marketing and branding initiatives to help drive value and manages high-profile communication activities.
Prior to joining Cerberus in 2017, he was a Senior Managing Director and Head of Brand Marketing and Communications for Guggenheim Partners, an investment and advisory firm with more than $260 billion in assets and 2,500 employees worldwide.?From 2005 to 2010, Mr. Ghassemi was Marketing Director for Wells Fargo Securities, the investment banking and capital markets division of Wells Fargo & Company.?He began his career as a corporate finance journalist for FactSet Research Systems Inc. Mr. Ghassemi graduated from the University of California Los Angeles and he received his M.B.A.
from the UCLA Anderson School of Management.
