He has been in the financial services industry since 1979, beginning with a 10-year association with Merrill Lynch.
In 1989, he joined Kemper Securities, Inc. and in 1992 became that firm’s Director of Consulting Services with overall responsibility for investment management consulting services to over $3 billion of individual and institutional funds.
Mr. Webb received a B.S.
in Economics from Florida State University.
He is a Certified Investment Management Analyst, a designation awarded by the Investment Management Consultants Association and taught in conjunction with the Wharton Business School.
He has been a speaker at a broad array of industry functions including the International Foundation of Employee Business Plans, the Investment Management Institute, and the Institute for International Research.
