Prior to joining Hartford Investment Management in January 2007, Mr. Fox was with ING from 1994 to 2001 and served as its Chief Operating Officer and became CEO.
He served as President and CEO of the Aetna mutual funds from 1997 to 2002.
Prior to joining ING Aeltus, he was managing director at Equitable Capital Management Corporation for seven years where he served as principal administrative officer.
He also served in a senior financial management capacity at Dean Witter Financial Services Group for three years and as a General Practice Manager at Coopers and Lybrand for seven years.
He is a former CPA and received his B.S.
in Commerce from Rider College (now Rider University) in Lawrenceville, New Jersey.
