Hal is a director of Lagan Technologies, Audio Processing Technology and prior to its sale was Crescent's director of Avalon Instruments.
Hal joined Crescent in 2002 from Dublin based Trinity Venture Capital, Ireland's largest dedicated technology focused venture capital fund.
Prior to entering the venture capital sector in 1996, Hal spent eight years working in the corporate finance advisory market with PricewaterhouseCoopers.
He has a BSc from St Andrews University and is a Chartered Accountant.
