From 1982 through 1989, he was President of Metropolitan Bank in Lima, Ohio and from 1971 through 1982, served as a Senior Vice President/Senior Loan Officer at First National Bank.
Mr. Francis received an MBA from the University of Dayton and a B.S.
in Finance from Wright State University.
