He was formerly Managing Director and Global Head of Gaming investment banking at Morgan Stanley, where he spent over 20 years.
In this capacity, He provides strategic and financial advice to clients on mergers & acquisitions and debt & equity capital raises in the public and private market across the U.S., Europe, Asia, and Latin America.
Mr. King's client base included entertainment resorts, casinos, entertainment industry REIT's, interactive gaming (social and real-money) operators, and gaming technology suppliers.
Prior, he worked at Lehman Brothers in their U.K.
investment banking group and U.S.
financial sponsors group.
He holds M.Phil, MA and BA degrees?in economics from Cambridge University, England.
He was also a formerly Board Member of the American Gaming Association.
