Prior to founding 5:15 Capital Management in 2009, Mr. Fisher was a Partner at Brevan Howard in 2008; a Managing Director at Greenwich Capital Markets from 1996 to 2008; and a Vice President at Blackrock Financial Management from 1990 to 1996.
Mr. Fisher received a BA in economics from Dartmouth.
