Most recently he was Research Manager at an investment counsel firm.
Prior to his career in investments he was a senior manager in the high technology sector.
Besides being a professional engineer, Doug has completed the PFPC (Professional Financial Planning Course) and holds the CIM (Canadian Investment Manager) and CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) designations.
Mr. Garner gained his Bachelor of Applied Science in electrical engineering from the University of Waterloo in 1978 and his Masters in Management Science in 1984.
