Trivento Bodegas y Viñedos SA is a wine company based in Maipu, Argentina and was founded in 1996. Part of Viña Concha y Toro SA, Trivento is the guardian of the winds, with its name meaning three winds\: Polar, Zonda, and Sudestada. The Argentinean company takes advantage of the sunny and arid land of Mendoza, where the winds blow throughout the year, helping the vines to grow. Trivento produces high-quality wines by balancing the metabolism of the grapes and allowing them to reach their optimal maturity. The Polar wind, which arrives from the south, announces the beginning of winter, and the first cold fronts indicate the time for pruning. The CEO is Marcos Augusto Jofré.
