Ms. Cindy Caruso is the Head of Human Resources & Internal Communications for ING Investment Management Americas.
Prior to joining ING in June 2008, she spent nearly 10 years in Financial Services HR as the head of Corporate Finance HR at CIT and in various roles with Citigroup in their Asset Management, Investment Banking, Transaction Services, and College Relations groups.
She also led the HR due diligence and subsequent integration of Citigroup Asset Management after its sale to Legg Mason in December 2005.

degree in Industrial and Labor Relations at Cornell University.
