Profil

Celestin Zimulinda is currently the Head of IT Department at Bank of Kigali Plc.
Prior to this, he worked as the Head of Information Technology at BK Group Plc from 2014 to 2020.
Before that, he was a Project Manager at Ericsson (Rwanda) from 2009 to 2014 and at Cisco Systems East Africa from 2007 to 2008.
He also worked as a Senior ICT Officer at the Ministry of Infrastructure.
Mr. Zimulinda holds an undergraduate degree from Kigali Institute of Science & Technology and a graduate degree from Illinois Institute of Technology.
