Prior to joining Palladium Partners in 2008, Mr. Patrick worked as a portfolio manager at Virginia Investment Counselors for much of his career.
He began his career in the Trust Department of Virginia National Bank, continuing for its successor, Sovran Bank until 1987.
Mr. Bower is a graduate of Old Dominion University and Northwestern University's National Graduate Trust School.
