Bobby Gafur Sulistyo Umar is currently the Chief Executive Officer of PT Maharaksa Biru Energi Tbk, Deputy Chairman of the Indonesian Chamber of Commerce & Industry, Chairman of Asosiasi Produsen Listrik Swasta Indonesia, and Chairman of the Indonesian Renewable Energy Society.
He previously served as President Director of PT Bakrie Indo Infrastructure and President Director & Chief Executive Officer of PT Bakrie & Brothers Tbk.
He was also Vice Chairman-Oil & Gas Energy of the Indonesian Chamber of Commerce & Industry and Vice Chairman of the Indonesian Listed Co. Association and Asosiasi Emiten Indonesia.
He has held various other positions in different organizations.
Mr. Umar earned an undergraduate degree from Universitas Trisakti and an MBA from The University of Arkansas.
