Andrew Carpenter is the General Counsel leading Future Planet Capital’s legal operations.
Andrew is an English-qualified solicitor with extensive experience in cross-border and domestic private company M&A for corporates, private equity, venture capital investors and UHNW individuals.
Andrew also has experience in advising funds and transactional risk underwriting (W&I insurance) for underwriters.
Previously, Andrew served as a Partner with DWF in the London corporate group, where he spent three years leading their advisory team for FPC.
Before joining DWF, Andrew played a pivotal role at Addleshaw Goddard, where he served as international division managing partner.
Throughout his career, Andrew has built an impressive network of relationships with Tier 1 lawyers across the globe.
He also holds a PhD in Organic Chemistry from the University of Liverpool, and Law Society Finals, 1st Class Honours from Nottingham Trent University.
