Werner Baumann est un homme d'affaires allemand né le 6 octobre 1962. Il est connu pour être le directeur de Bayer, célèbre société chimique, depuis le 1er mai 2016.
Werner Baumann est diplômé d’économie à l'université RWTH Aachen et à l'université de Cologne avec une spécialisation en fiscalité et en comptabilité.

Après ses études, il commence à travailler en 1988 pour Bayer, société pharmaceutique multinationale allemande. Il y commence sa carrière au département des finances en tant qu'assistant de la division espagnole de Bayer.

Werner Baumann grimpe les échelons et occupe diverses fonctions en tant que directeur financier et chef de la stratégie.

Patrick Brandt was the founder of Skywire Software LLC, founded in 2000, where he held the title of Chief Executive Officer until 2011, and Shiftsmart, Inc., founded in 2016, where he held the title of President & Director until 2021.
Currently, he is the Chief Executive Officer of Fair People For People, Inc. since 2022, and the Chairman of My Lasting Legacy, Inc. since 2016.
He also holds positions as Chairman of Entrepreneurs Foundation of North Texas, Director of Education Is Freedom Foundation (Texas), Founding Director-Dallas Chapter of The Network for Teaching Entrepreneurship, and Partner of Dallas Social Venture Partners.
In his former positions, he was Chairman & Chief Executive Officer of Zimbra, Inc., Director of Appbackr, Inc., Director of iWave Software LLC, and Vice President-Corporate Development of Lightjump Acquisition Corp.
He received his undergraduate degree from Southern Methodist University.
