M. Raffi Garabedian est co-directeur de la technologie chez First Solar, Inc. Il siège au conseil d'administration d'ESS Tech, Inc. et de Covalent Metrology Services, Inc. et d'Heliotrope Technologies, Inc. M. Garabedian a été précédemment employé en tant que directeur général par Touchdown Technologies, Inc. et vice-président du développement des produits par Integrated Micromachines, Inc. Mr. Garabedian joined Castanea in 2008 from RBC Capital Markets, where he was an Investment Banking Analyst.
While at RBC, he advised clients on mergers & acquisitions as well as equity and private placement offerings in various industries including Consumer Products, Technology and Energy.
Mr. Garabedian received a BS in Economics, with honors, from the University of Pennsylvania.

Garabedian has worked as a Principal at Luse, Gorman, Pomerenk & Schick PC since 2004.

Amy Garabedian is currently the Secretary & General Counsel at LAVA Therapeutics NV since 2021.
Prior to this, she worked as an Attorney at Ballard Spahr LLP.
From 2015 to 2020, she worked as an Associate General Counsel at Spark Therapeutics, Inc. Ms. Garabedian has a graduate degree from Temple University (Pennsylvania) and Widener University Delaware Law School, and an undergraduate degree from The Pennsylvania State University.
