Prior to joining North Bridge, he was an analyst with Morgan Keegan’s Technology Group where he focused on merger and acquisitions and private capital raising advisory for growth oriented technology companies in the enterprise software, services and digital media sectors.
Before Morgan Keegan Technology Group, he was a summer analyst in the technology investment banking group at Cowen & Company.
Mr. Gaffey holds a BS in Economics and BA in History from Duke University.

Harper is a member of several organizations including the National Association of Government Guaranteed Lenders, Junior Achievement USA, Georgia Lenders Quality Circle, Rotary Club of Dunwoody, and Georgia Association of Business Brokers, Inc. He previously worked as a Senior Vice President-Specialized Lending at Atlantic Capital Bank from 2013 to 2014.
Harper received his undergraduate degree from Washington & Lee University.
Currently, Harper holds multiple positions, including being a member of the National Association of Government Guaranteed Lenders, Junior Achievement USA, Georgia Lenders Quality Circle, Rotary Club of Dunwoody, and Georgia Association of Business Brokers, Inc.
