Young is currently a Partner and Co-President of Audax Private Equity, based in Boston.
Since joining Audax in 2000, Young has invested in more than 40 Audax platform companies.
Young primarily focuses on business services, specialty distribution, and medical devices and products.
Prior to joining Audax, Young was with Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette, Inc. and JPMorgan Chase & Co.
Additionally, Young is a member of the Trustee Advisory Board at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center; the Chartis Health Equity Advisory Board that works with leading healthcare organizations to achieve measurable health equity outcomes; the Advisory Board for the Boston Youth Symphony Orchestra; and Board of Trustees at Buckingham, Browne & Nichols School.
Young is also actively involved with Harvard University, currently serving as a Vice Chair for the Harvard College Fund Executive Committee, as well as a member of the Joint Committee on Alumni Affairs and Development.
Young received an M.B.A.
from Harvard Business School and an A.B.
cum laude from Harvard College.
