Prior to joining Oaktree in May 2007, Mr. Melanson spent eight years as a Senior Vice President in the Operations department at Imperial Capital, LLC, where he was responsible for trade settlement, trade processing, corporate actions and new account set-up.
Before that, he spent four years as a Vice President and Operations Manager at Hotchkis & Wiley.
Prior experience includes three years at Trust Company of the West and five years at Shawmut Bank of Boston.
Mr. Melanson received a B.S.
degree in Finance and Economics from North Adams State College.
