Prior to founding Francis Investment Research in May 2010, Mr. Francis was in the Business Development department of Main Point Media LLC.
He was also previously with TIS Group, which he joined in 2002.
Before that, he was the Director of Consultant Relations for Blue Cross/Blue Shield of Minnesota, specializing in large and national accounts.
Other marketing experience includes: Aon Consulting, Delta dental, and advertising sales in several media.
Mr. Francis graduated from San Diego State University with a BA in Economics in 1983 and served as an engineer officer in the Army Reserves.
