Mr. Wiggers joined Broadway Partners from Barclays Capital Real Estate Group where he was an Associate Director primarily responsible for analyzing senior and mezzanine real estate loans across the US and Mexico markets.
In addition, he served in a variety of high profile real estate finance roles throughout his career including helping to rate Commercial Mortgage Backed Securities and Real Estate CDOs at Moody’s, as well as previous stints at Arthur Andersen’s Real Estate Capital Markets group and JP Morgan / Bank One’s commercial lending division.
