Mr. Thomas Hartman is Entrepreneur-in-Residence at Ventana Capital Management LLC.
Prior to joining Ventana Capital Management, Mr Hartman founded LeaderBoard Management, He managed large, high profile capital projects before joining the advanced automation task force as a software specialist in 1981.
From 1984 to 1990, he held several positions in, advanced technology, sales, and marketing before joining the corporate acquisition team in 1988.
Currently, Mr. Hartman is co-chair of the Carrier Special Interest Group for CommNexus, San Diego’s telecommunication industry association.
Mr. Hartman’s educational degrees include an MBA-Finance from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a BSEE from the Pennsylvania State University.
Since 2002, he has annually judged business plans as part of the Wharton Business Plan competition.
