He ran the Britannia American Growth Fund from 1992 then was appointed Desk Head in 1998.
He left Britannic to join Old Mutual Asset Managers in 2002 where he was a Co-Head of the US Equity Desk, managing the US Select Equity Fund.
He joined Resolution Asset Management in 2007, before the completion of Resolution's merger with Axial Investment Management that created Ignis Asset Management in November 2008.
Mr. Ewing graduated from Glasgow Caledonian University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in business studies.
He is is a Member of the UK Society of Investment Analysis and the Chartered Financial Association.
